When I turned 50 it dawned on me that I had spent my whole career listening to, and learning from, amazing women in the workplace. I would never have started my own consultancy business without such women. I would never have been bold enough to think I could make it as a published novelist. I would never have believed I could be a great mum and a successful career woman. 

 

And so was born the idea for a podcast. One where I could retrospectively revisit all that I had heard and let you hear it too.

 

I hope these wonderful women help and inspire you as much as they did me.
